TERRIBLE customer service. I was transferred to Dedra Turner who initially was nice and I sent her all of the requested info including payment information and over a week and a half went by and I hadn't heard anything. So I emailed Dedra again and no response. So I called and Dedra told me that they were very busy due to the pandemic and she wasn't sure when they would be able to review my issue but she would ask again, which I understood but what I didn't understand was why she ignored my emails and I had to call her to get this update but I really needed help so I let it go.. So Dedra then sends me an email after speaking with the lawyers and says it won't be until next week and I told her that was fine. Of course the week came and went with no word from anyone. They lack common courtesy. If you're too busy then just communicate with instead of ignoring me hoping I go away. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE..I CANT SPEAK TO THE WORK THEY DO BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THAT FAR.
