When my long-time lawyer retired, he recommended Mr. Adams as an excellent lawyer for both my personal and business legal requirements. I have used Mr. Adams frequently over the last several years for multiple complicated business dealings- He is an exceptional listener, and carefully considers all of the ramifications of a situation or contract. I always feel that I have an advocate for my position, while also respect the fact that he is mindful of the subtleties involved in negotiation. In some of my dealings time has been of the essence, and Mr. Adams has gone above and beyond to be available for communication and to generate documents. I would highly recommend Mr. Adams and look forward to working with him for many years to come.

Mr. Nate Adams was recommended to me by someone whose judgment I trust and value. In my first meeting with Mr. Adams, he proved to me that he was. indeed, the right attorney for helping me to resolve my problem. His awareness of an obscure statute was absolutely key to bringing a resolution to a matter that had dogged me for months. I was so pleased with his work that I later engaged him to prepare estate planning documents for me. I easily rate him a five-star attorney. Bravo, Mr.Adams!

I am grateful for the knowledge, professionalism and expertise Mr. Adams demonstrated in preparing and presenting my case. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and to research what he didn't know. I was also impressed with his billing practices, which I thought were fair and specific in regards to how much time was spent on various tasks. I give him a wholehearted recommendation.

I met with Mr. Nate Adams on January 27, 2020 to discuss the performance of 3 companies related to water damage and repair at my home. He took a particular interest in the local remodeling company. As I told him the company lied to me about having plumbing and electrical license he disputed stating they are Class C in Virginia. When I protested the meaning of Class C he was determined that it met they were licensed. Now my appointment was set up at least a month before the meeting. I provided all the company names in advance so research could be done prior to my visit. Nate told me I didn't have a case against the remodeling company, asked to keep my documents on that company and charged me $385.00 for the visit. After doing research with Va DPOR I was advised that Class C was only related to the dollar amount of work company could work on and that indeed the remodeling company had no license and should have never accepted the job.

Response from Nate L. Adams III
After meeting with you for almost 2 hours, we focused on an option which I thought would resolve the issue in your favor taking into account the contractor's Class A status. I am sorry that you felt that I did not provide the guidance you expected.
