Mr. Black is an excellent lawyer. He won my Social Security Disability case after another practice failed twice. He always responded to my questions and e-mails in a very timely fashion and communicated to me what to expect at my hearing. I believe he went over and beyond to win my case. I also believe I wouldn't have won my full request without his representation. I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking an attorney representation.
Very nice at beginning once he decides you case is worthy of his time (i.e. he expects to win/be paid). Tell you at initial interview, "call anytime,...always here for you". All pleasantries ended (especially after he believed the case might not be won). However, at the last moment, Mr. Black flew into action, did all the necessary research, and (though it seemed only hours before a long awaited hearing) really pulled it through. He did an excellent job!!! And won my case!!
It was like having a child handle my case, Hardly any communication except when court dates were set,in which the conversion only lasted a few minutes. Very unprofessional reactions during court proceeding, like dropping head on table when questions were answered, like a child would. During case, I had mentioned that I could not hear the Judge and he said it did not matter.I do not feel he put enough into the case to help and support my case.
