Hired Attorney

Mr. Hood took on my traffic ticket case on a bogus stop by a State Trooper that could have compromised my CDL and the way I provide for my family and run my business. This county in particular had been tough on traffic tickets but Mr. Hood’s legal assistant contacted me and inquired about my background in military and Law Enforcement and was able to put together factual information to help Mr. Hood defend my integrity in my absence and ultimately have my case dismissed. I am very grateful for Mr. Hood and Mrs. Sherry Franklin his assistant for all their help and encouragement leading up to my hearing and afterwards. I highly recommend Mr. Hood.

He always called when he said he would, helped us get our share of the money when selling my In-Laws house (there are three children), quickly settled with the other lawyer in a timely manner and was always attentive and helpful.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
