I have been emailing and trying to get my case handled and have not had a response in over a month. It’s a simple estate case and everyone in our party has did our part but there has been lack of communication from Mr. Richardson and his secretary Kelly.
Mr. Richardson is a compassionate person however he was unable to represent me well. My biggest concern was communication. I never knew what was happening with my case and often times, when we did speak, I had to remind him of the latest conversation. Although he tried, it was evident by his lack of communication and ability to push for me in my case, that he isn’t 100% reliable or determined in criminal cases. I highly recommend taking your money and getting another lawyer that will win your case and isn’t just “compassionate”.
