Hired Attorney

I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney while he was representing the Board of Education. In my view, he significantly overstepped his role by inserting himself into my grievance against NHCS coaches—despite the fact that he did not represent me. Rather than ensuring a fair and neutral process, he appeared to take control of the grievance in a way that felt inappropriate and intimidating. What made this even more frustrating was that this matter should have been handled in a straightforward hearing, yet it instead dragged on in a way that felt like an unnecessary use of taxpayer-funded legal time and resources. This conduct raised serious concerns about boundaries, professionalism, and respect for due process. Instead of allowing the grievance to proceed through the proper channels, his actions made it feel one-sided and dismissive of legitimate concerns.
