Hired Attorney

I asked Daniel Mahn to do a title search and close an as is house for me. I told him I would be responsible for paying off loan and all of his fees. I live in Wilmington. Eight weeks later and the secretary says they are swamped and he has not gotten to it yet. So disappointed

Hired Attorney

Not only did he not get the property recording done in time, he didn't even bother to apologize!! Coming in from out of state made this a very difficult process as apparently his weekends off are more important... closing was in the morning- no excuse!
