William P. Brady (Bill) is Senior Counsel with Brockstedt Mandalas Federico LLC, where his areas of practice include residential and commercial landlord/tenant law, representation of homeowners’ and condominium associations, real estate settlements, and general civil litigation. He was formerly the founder and managing attorney of The Brady Law Firm, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware and has 30 years' experience as an attorney.
Bill served as the President of the Delaware State Bar Association ("DSBA") for 2019-20, and is a member of the DSBA's Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Sections, a past Chair of the both Real and Personal Property Section and the Small Firms and Solo Practitioners Section, and is a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court. He is also a frequent speaker at Real Estate related Continuing Legal Education seminars in Delaware. Bill has achieved an AV Peer Review Rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive for legal ability and ethics, and has also been recognized as one of Delaware's top Real Estate Lawyers in Delaware Today Magazine each year from 2019 through 2024. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the United States Supreme Court.
Bill serves on the Board of Trustees of Goldey-Beacom College, the Board of Directors of the Goldey-Beacom College Alumni Association, and the Board of Directors of Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, Inc. He is also a member of the State of Delaware Common Interest Community Advisory Council.
