Michael R. Michael has also represented official committees and postconfirmation estates in matters like Ascena Retail Group (E.D. Va.), Cinemex (S.D. Fla.), KH Funding (D. Md.), and Payless Holdings (E.D. Mo.). Michael is one of several authors of First Day Motions, a publication of the American Bankruptcy Institute that serves as a guide to preparing for a new chapter 11 debtor filing.
