Hired Attorney

I was doing business with a Delaware company here in Texas that filed a huge bankruptcy. My local lawyer recommended one of the big firms from Delaware to represent me. I was about to sign with them, but as I read through their rates (of every category of employee) and their many disclaimers….. I decided to reach out to a small firm that I had found on the internet and liked, Matthew Austria. The hardest part was making the initial contact because that involved stepping out of the safe zone. Matthew’s strategies, forthrightness, focus, and bull dog determination worked well for me and my company. We were settled at an amount far better than I had budgeted in less than two weeks from initial contact. His bill was surprising too….again, under my budget. He treated my company and case with efficiency, dignity, and respect. He’s my counselor in Delaware.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
