About Laurence V. Cronin

With almost 40 years’ experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in the courts of the State of Delaware, Larry has focused most of his practice on handling employment matters on behalf of both management and individuals, allowing him the advantage of gaining insight on both perspectives of employment issues. A large percentage of his work involves representing physicians and medical practices in employment and commercial litigation. The prosecution and defense of lawsuits involving the enforcement of non-competition agreements and related unfair competition and trade secret disputes also comprise a good portion of his practice.

In addition to litigation, Larry advises companies, physicians and executives with respect to issues arising from employment contracts and other commercial agreements. Clients often utilize his services to negotiate contracts and to represent their interests when issues and problems arise either during an employment or other contractual relationship or after it has ended.

Hired Attorney Laurence V. Cronin

Larry Cronin is an Attorney who is available to his clients. He provide professional personal service. Was patient and responsive throughout my lawsuit and won my case providing me with the vindication I needed along with a substantial settlement. Larry Cronin is the only attorney I would use for discrimination cases!

I was very fortunate to have found Larry to represent me in this matter. His thorough and insightful analysis made all of the difference and, in fact, turned the entire case around. Not being familiar with the processes or implications of everything that was unfolding I was calling him frequently, asking the same questions over and over, I am sure. However, at all times Larry was patient and thorough in his responses and worked with me through the entire process. Highly recommend.

Larry’s work was excellent. He was able to organize the facts of this complicated case and develop a strong and effective model leading to resolution. In particular he discovered the existence of large caches of documents that had not been produced and he got them. These newly discovered documents made a difference on many levels. He was a good steward of my money. Larry’s services were high quality and high value. I strongly recommend Larry.

I worked with Mr. Cronin on a very public dispute where i was from my perspective falsely accused of terrible things. Mr Cronin's experience and expertise helped to achieve a positive outcome for me and my family which provided me the vindication i sought. Larry was always responsive in a timely manner with answers and sage advise. I hope I never need someone like Larry again however if i do, i would not hesitate to use he and his firm again.
