John S. Malik

I have known Mr.Malik for years and have used his firm on several occasions. Not only did we win but we were made to feel like human beings instead of a case number on a piece of paper. He is a good a decent man with a staff who also understands that sometimes things happen in life that don't necessarily represent who you are as a person. If you need a good lawyer and a man you can respect, he is your guy.

Mr.Malik is a good stand up man and fought for me like nothing I’ve ever seen in a lawyer and I’ve been around the block a few times in my teens and 20s. John believed in me. Saw the good in me far outweighed the bad. And I was not the Perron I used to be. Mr Malik WON WAS CASE AT TRIAL!!!! He fought for me for 2 days and just was exceptionally intelligent and very methodical and stragigized extremely well. John was prepared for everything and got my a verdict of not guilt my for a felony that had min mandatory time. He saved my life. My mother and family needed me. John knew that and fought as harder and was more determined then I’ve EVER seen ANY OTHER LAWYER. Mr Malik Cares about his clients and goes / went above and beyond. Attorney Malik helped my son with only a weeks notice of his court hearing. My son was arrested on a warrant that he did not have knowledge of. I contacted Attorney Malik to represent my son and he quickly got in contact with the prosecutor, explained the mishandling of this warrant and the erroneous charges against my son, showed up in court and the case was dismissed. As a mother, it gave me comfort that he took my case on short notice, cared enough to make sure he was represented and even explained the expungement process. I would 100% recommend him.

John Malik is 100% with out a doubt one of if not the best attorney in the state of Delaware!!! John is very down to earth and easy to work with. The3 biggest advice I could give anybody thinking about hiring him is just tell him the truth don't BS him and you will be one happy camper!! Mr. Malik is an exceptional attorney. He is honest, trustworthy and does not lie or lead you to believe something when it is not.

Mr.Malik and his team are great! They were reliable they stayed in contact , they viewed all options and they took action. Mr. Malik represented me to the highest degree. Mr. Malik does not retain normal full-time business hours where office staff is in the office and answering the phone. When you leave a voice message your message is not returned. Even emails sent directly to the staff and are ignored for days. I even had mail rejected by his office with paid tracking on it. If you are looking for an update you will receive seemingly meaningful yet well crafted excuses. Overall I wasted almost fifty dollars sending him mail back and forth. I'm so glad I cut ties with him as this office will drain your time, money, and peace.

I was so hopeful when I was recommended to this attorney. I called on a Tuesday and left a message. The secretary called back, took a few details and then said I'd get a call back that afternoon. I called back that afternoon after not receiving a call. Then I called again the next day twice, still no one to talk to. I was told the paralegal, Tabitha, would contact me that afternoon. Again, nothing! I called again and left a voicemail stating my disappointment. I got another call from the the secretary, Mary stating that the attorney was at a funeral and would call me before Monday. Now, day 4 of only speaking to Mary, and no one else that can guide me in a serious legal matter. I FINALLY got a call Monday afternoon by Tabitha. No apologies just yes, I'm returning your call. So a week later, no apology no explanation. That tells me I won't be a priority as a paying customer. Why would anyone hire an attorney that I can NOT get on the phone. RIDICULOUS!!!
