Joe has extensive experience in the area of environmental and toxic tort law. He is a trusted advisor on matters such as CERCLA (Superfund), RCRA, and state environmental regulations. He represents local and national companies in enforcement actions brought by federal agencies and State Attorneys General, and he advises clients on common law contractual issues related to cleanup liability.
Joe expertise includes corporate and commercial transactions, from business entity formation to dissolution. His skills in negotiating commercial agreements and advising on corporate governance are highly regarded by national and multinational corporations. In addition, Joe is proficient in electronic discovery and regulatory compliance risk management in large-scale litigations.
