Jason Antoine, a Wilmington native, graduated from John Dickinson High School where he played varsity football. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History Education from the University of Delaware in 2003 before attending West Virginia University College of Law, graduating in 2006. While in law school, Jason clerked with the Delaware Attorney General’s Office and worked alongside his late uncle, C. Paul Estep, a prominent personal injury attorney in West Virginia.
Before entering private practice, Jason served as an Assistant District Attorney in Pennsylvania, where he quickly earned recognition for his trial skills. Promoted to trial attorney within a month, Jason handled high-stakes felony cases, winning 9 out of 10 trials in his first year. He prosecuted over 200 cases, earning a dedicated service award. Since then, Jason has represented clients in state and federal courts across Delaware and Pennsylvania, focusing on criminal defense and select personal injury cases.
Recognized as a top criminal defense attorney by Super Lawyers, Jason has been featured in major media outlets for his work on high-profile cases. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys spending time with his family on the Chesapeake Bay, playing electric guitar, and honing his trial advocacy skills through continuous study.
