Jacobs and Crumplar are very, very hard to reach. We had important questions and sometimes never got a return call at all. We get settlement checks in mail every few months or so. We moved from Delaware to Florida and called that office and gave our new address 4 times to the check writing department, receptionist and 2 paralegals and we still had a 45,000 dollar check go to my prior address. Luckily, it did get forwarded. I will never use again, if given a choice. Thank you.
Offered valuable consolatory for a few years. But was entrusted with highly sensitive information for a cornerstone case then stopped communicating. Then proceeded to unprofessionally respond months later and state interest had deteriorated. Unethical and cease of contact was issued due to the mistrust regarding sensitive documents and case details.
