Heckler & Frabizzio is a law firm established in 1981 with an office in Wilmington, DE. At this office location, there are 11 lawyers practicing civil litigation, trial practice, insurance and 3 other areas of law.
I have never worked with such a tough litigator in all of my 35 years as an adjuster! No detail goes unnoticed, no fact is forgotten, and closing arguments are extremely compelling. It is a pleasure to work with Ms. Newill, who consistently puts together meticulous defenses while maintaining the highest level of integrity during the process. Ms. Newill is intensely professional, and puts tremendous energy into her work. The end result is very positive one for myself and my self-insured client.
I have worked with a number of lawyers and paralegals in this Firm, all who have been extraordinarily responsive and professional. Customer service is excellent, and the outcomes have all been very positive. You always come away from any dealings assured that your interests have been protected and served, and with a new confidence in the legal system. I believe this Firm is a rare find in todays climate, as they truly take their clients' interests to heart.
Their work is sloppy. A lot of their work is often done by untrained law school graduates (though they do not disclose this unless asked directly by clients about this) and they over bill their services. Simple tasks end up costing thousands instead of hundreds. Quantity over quality is always the result. The partner in charge of my cases would never return phone calls.
