I reached out to Mr. Aber regarding employee-employer issues. I thought he would be able to help me since I had experienced harassment and discrimination in my work place. Mr. Aber charged me $300 and made me wait a month to see him. When I did see him he had about 45 minutes for me and nothing resulted in any help from him. I was extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this lawyer as it appears he just wants to bill prospective clients without actually helping them.

Sought Mr. Aber's assistance with an age discrimination,wrongful termination suit, and he was very quick to charge his fees upfront, but absolutely obstinate with us and the EEOC representative. When we spoke with the EEOC rep after not hearing from Mr. Aber, he berated us and sent a letter to her stating she should only communicate with him. The EEOC rep told us she would recommend in our favor. After Mr. Aber's tirade she passed the case to another representative, and we lost.
