Originally I was apprehensive about hiring a lawyer because I had promised myself that I would never do that again. My attorney, Lawren Nelson, was very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable. All of my questions were answered in a way that I could understand. I never felt left out or uninformed. Most important to me is that I was treated as an equal. Never made to feel less then intelligent. All of the staff seemed down to Earth and very empathic. Regrettably, I used him assuming I would get the same representation from Mr. Jancks, sadly from results (e.g., not returning calls/emails, lawyers & secretaries reminding me of his case load as to why I haven't received a returned call or reply via email, excuses of him being in court, me sending him pivotal info regarding my case yet
