Don Gouge represented me against a horrible landlord who locked me out because I complained of lack of heat. The landlord appealed the ruling against him, and refused to pay but we held on tight. The landlord hired two different attorneys but in the end he offered to settle and paid me a decent amount of money( a little less than the ruling), but I took it.
