We hired Atrorney Laura J Simon after the wrongful death of a loved one. Laura was knowledgeable, a great listener and paid attention to details. She was honest and communicated regularly with the help of her very efficient para legal, Alicia. I highly recommend Laura and thank her for caring heart and expertise.

I was involved in a serious car-on-bicycle accident - I was the cyclist - in early September of 2021 down in North Carolina. The driver was found 100% at fault for the incident, but had minimal insurance coverage. Completely ignorant of how laws work and the process of filing claims against the driver, Laura walked me through the entire process from beginning to end, ultimately helping me through what was truly a rigorous process. Working in concert with my auto insurance to obtain my PIP, my health insurance to cover all medical expenses incurred in both NC and my home state of Delaware, and his auto insurer in NC, Ms. Simon fought to claim the maximum amount allowed by law and limits of coverage. Can not possibly thank her enough or recommend her more with any greater enthusiasm to anyone who is searching for a quality attorney!

Hired Attorney Laura J. Simon

I was in a very serious car accident and the other driver was completely at fault. It was a devastating time of my life. Laura helped me to recover the maximum policy amount from the other driver's insurance policy as well as my own. Laura was compassionate, caring, and incredibly attentive to me and my case. Laura makes you feel like you are her only client. I cannot recommend Laura more highly. She is an incredibly intelligent, professional, and organized attorney with countless years of knowledge and experience. I could not have been in better hands.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Laura truly treated me like family and made me feel completely at ease. She communicated often and kept me well informed throughout my entire case. She was honest and very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on what to do and what not to do during the entire process. I cannot recommend Laura Simon highly enough!
