My wife and I worked with Jeffrey Gentilotti's office after a car accident in May 2022. She suffered back and neck injuries, requiring 18 months of therapy. This Lawyer ( Hononable Vincent Bifferato ) deserves more than 5 stars! My greatest praise come from his responsiveness, exceptionally quick and efficient in responding to my concerns and options. Even his paralegal ( Ellie) is outstanding and was very supportive throughout every step of my broken tibia/broken leg case. Over 10 months we talked to Mr. Bifferato once when we meet him and we signed the contract and had two teleconferences with him about problems with his paralegal. His paralegal does all of the contact with the clients and is rude argumentative and unresponsive. He is rarely available and the client does not get to make their own decisions about their case. When we asked Mr.Bifferato to resolve the issues he asked us to find another attorney. We are okay with that.
Vince rides on the coat tails of his father Judge Bifferato. I was extremely disappointed with his service and lack of communication with my case. Vince does not have the clients best interest at heart and wants to do the least amount of work to make the most amount of money (for himself) He did not read any of my medical files prior to our mediation. Insurance companies have figured out his MO and know that he will take a lower settlement.
