Michele Allen has superb listening and reasoning skills. After explaining something to her just once, on a topic that I think is complex or complicated, Michele is often able to break it down quickly and logically so that the needed outcome becomes clear. I've learned a great deal, and have enjoyed the process. I trust her judgement completely. When Michele is not available, she is still able to get the information I need quickly via her staff. I am very glad we hired Allen Labor Law.

PLEASE DON'T COME TO HERE!!!!!!! I was pregnant when I got fired and was referred to her by my Workers comp lawyer. She took my 350.00 for the consultation in September 2023 and never contacted me about the status of my case. It wasn't until May 2024 she sent me an email saying she wasn't taking my case. They are very unprofessional, rude, and unsympathetic. It feels like a color issue because I guarantee if I was her race, she would have treated me a lot better. Why did it have to take for my lawyer to contact her for her to tell me she wouldn't be taking my case. And to think she's probably doing this to every referral sent to her; taking people's money they don't have just to ghost them. Taking advantage of people while their down is sooo low. Please don't come here. DONT DO IT

I engaged the services of Allen & Associates to represent me in a legal matter against my former employer. Michelle seemed extremely confident about my case in the beginning. Throughout the process, I found them to be unorganized, slow to respond, and ineffective. As another reviewer stated, their retainer fee is STEEP! There was SO MUCH miscommunication with this office. Often many of the billed hours were for them contacting me for information I ALREADY gave to them numerous times!! VERY HIGH turnover rate at this office! Once one person leaves, the next person is starting from scratch and has NO idea what is going on. My case was finally transferred to Delia who was nice enough, but again had no clue. She thought the office was only getting 20% (which is why I believe she wasn't working very hard on the case) and again had to ask me the WHOLE story all over again. They still didn't get it right when they filed, and had to file an amendment. The gut punch was after I paid the $20000
