The office of Thomas T. Boundas & Associates practices law in Willowbrook, Illinois, Cook County, DuPage County and Will County. The office was founded in 1997 after Mr. Boundas left the Illinois Department of Insurance as an administrative Law Judge. Beginning in 1997 the firm began specializing in 2 main areas, Family Law and Construction Law and Litigation. Mr. Boundas has litigated and taken to trial several divorce cases involving complex business and real estate valuation issues, along with several contested cases involving child custody. In his contested construction cases he has litigated and handled appeals related to mechanic's liens, involving multi-million dollar projects in Chicago and the collar counties.

The practice has grown to include Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation. In 2003, Angela Kopp, previously with the firm of Sidley Austin, joined the firm, of counsel. Angela specializes in Residential and Commercial Real Estate and for our offices has closed several properties with values exceeding $1,000,000.00.

Our entire staff is dedicated to helping clients with their legal matters regarding all issues set forth herein. The Boundas firm prides itself on it's accessibility to it's client's and prompt attention to all client correspondence.

Hired Attorney Angela J. Kopp

We were very happy we used Angela Kopp as our real estate attorney for our home purchase. She was very good at explaining what all of the legal documents mean at each step of the home-buying process. She fought to get the seller's side to throw out some things that were not reasonable or were not customary for them to ask for. She was also very thorough with finding errors in the documents, and even found an error having to do with the survey that went back to the previous home sale. My wife wanted to point out that Angela was kind, diligent, had a nice sense of humor, was easy to work with, reasonable. My wife was happy she chose her to work with. -From T and B

Thomas T. Boundas is the best lawyer I have ever met. Tom listened to me and stated from the beginning he counseled, a lawyer was a counselor and the client made the decisions. If you hear him and explain your side, he will listen and guide you to the correct direction you need to go and you will be successful if you listen. I am a single father of two sons and would not have any other way. Thomas Boundas saved us. Tom your the best!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Tom did a fantastic job handling my case after a doctor decided he didn't want to pay on the demo/remodeling of his medical office buildings prior to them being sold. I would highly recommend Tom to handle any business litigation that unfortunately comes your way!

Hired Attorney Anamaria Rivero-Boundas

Terrible experience. As mentioned on a previous review, over priced and poor performance. I felt alone in the battle, and was left financially wiped out. Definitely do ask for prices for emails and phone calls. Any minimal contact will be charged. This is not the type of lawyer that looks out for your best interest. She did not seemed experienced nor showed the interest to help. Her advice put me at financial loss when I could have settled for a fair agreement on an offer. My case prolonged for over a year when it could have ended within months. At the end, I paid her what I could have earned on the initial offer I was given.

Hired Tom for my parenting case he was hired to move my parent case from il to fl and he only showed up to one of 3 uccjea meetings and the one he showed up to he was only their for 20 mins out of 3 hours he ultimately cost me the case and now I can’t see my kid he don’t care and is a terribly lawyer
