Communicates by US mail. Never picks up the phone to call or return calls. Gave a price in our original conversation, but neglected to say that he actually charges $495/hr. I recommend you asking him what amount of time he is charging you while in court, because even though you may be at court for 5 minutes, you'll then get a bill for 2 hours by mail. Actually, not even a bill, just a statement saying that you owe, but not telling you how or where to pay it. Typical lawyer though.
My case was to enforce college expenses, as stipulated in divorce agreement. This attorney managed a 5K over 4 year raise --less than what it cost for his fee! He completely folded in negotiations. He kept me out-of-the-loop on discussions with my X and X's attorney. He gave in on everything they wanted, even though college expenses were in divorce decree. Plus he overcharges. You'll be in court for 10 minutes and the charge is $500-$700. I'm sure no research done since he is clueless.
