Hired Attorney

Mr. Joseph was very personable. He seemed to care about my injury. He did try his best to get the best settlement for me. He was straight up with me about my chances of getting a settlement. I did not know how much he made, but it was a matter of phone calls to an Insurance Company. I wanted to settle for $8,000, but he could only get $6,000 and change. Short time and it was over.

Very Good questions, deep thought on possible results. He gave us great guidance, especially on how far we could go. He suggested a settlement offer, and didn't string us along. We had a good settlement, considering the proof we had. It didn't take long to settle and payment was pretty quick.
