I am extremely dissatisfied with the representation I received from Edward Dinki. From start to finish, his communication was consistently poor and fell well below the standard I would expect from legal counsel. Mr. Dinki also misrepresented his practices and court protocols. Most concerning, he forgot my scheduled court date, arrived over an hour late, and took no accountability for this lapse. This alone reflects a serious lack of professionalism and diligence. Additionally, he failed to consult with me prior to speaking with the District Attorney. Without my input or consent, he independently attempted to pursue a plea discussion with a DA who had just been assigned to the case and had not yet reviewed the evidence. This decision was made without strategy alignment, preparation, or respect for my right to be informed and involved in my own defense.
