It has been very frustrating to work with this lawyer. He has not followed through with his professional responsibilities to bring to closure the award won in the County Court in Williamsport, PA, for a judgment awarded to my family taken to arbitration. We now must garnish the wages of the Br---Family, who did 12,000 $ in damages to our home rented out for about two years. We will still only receive 5 % of the person's wages at a time, but this lawyer has not filed the final paperwork for the garnishment to begin to take place. We are looking for another lawyer to accept the casework the proper documents on an hourly basis. In fact, this kind of work is something interns do and not real lawyers. So, the problem might be that this law firm cannot afford to hire any interns. The regular lawyers must have to do the work. And, they are not doing it. The judgment was made in September 2018. A simple property damage case has dragged on for 3 years. But, the lawyer, Mike, has been paid.
