Hired Attorney

William Sleeth took a family case where a stepmother was suing the trustee of her husband’s first wife’s Irrevocable Trust in order to get access to the funds for herself. Mr. Sleeth did not help the family navigate this difficult situation, and neglected to send his clients the most important communication of the entire case until three months after he received it. By then, the Trust has been compromised by an unethical trustee. Furthermore, Sleet took no responsibility for his negligence.
