Hired Attorney

He carefully read contracts and rental and warned us of what we had to do with the tenant in order to get them out when needed. He helped us very attentively with the sale of a prior home. He advised us on the will that we drew up to cover each other and at our death the rights of survivorship as well as how to convey the money to our children at a later time.
