DO NOT USE!!! They wrote the Trust for my mother's estate. The lawyer Mr. Hendricks was not knowledgeable about the terms of the Trust. Extra charges for services to establish EIN numbers that were not needed for the trust. We are still waiting around 6 months after my mother's passing, waiting for paperwork to be completed. This was not a Will and did not go to probate. Every time we called to ask about the documents, we got the runaround. One excuse after another: the paralegal is sick, incorrect documents, and, of course, not returning your calls for weeks! Save your loved one the heartache and use a different law office.
