Nothing is more valuable than receiving sound guidance from an experienced legal professional.  Carrell Blanton Ferris and Associates exceeded my every expectation.  Samuel Wickstrom listened very carefully and provided me with every aspect of what I requested of him and more.  All documents were absolutely correct and prepared to my full satisfaction. In addition, they have a superb team of warm and very welcoming support staff.  I would highly encourage anyone seeking superior Estate Planning to definitely visit Carrell Blanton Ferris and Associates of Fredericksburg and ask for Samuel.

Ms Allen did a great job with our complicated estate plan. We had not thought about some of the issues she identified, since the creator of or previous trusts had not addressed those issues. The final product meets our needs and wishes and was explained so clearly to us.

Bennie Wall made what I thought was a tedious and dreaded process, much easier than I thought it could ever be. He was able to take my wishes and fit them into a plan that made sense. He is professional and friendly. I enjoyed and felt comfortable meeting with him.

Hired Attorney Rhiannon Hartman

Due to our blended family we had a rather convoluted inheritance scheme in mind. Attorney Hartman developed a one-of-a-kind trust solution for us that was very detailed and comprehensive in addressing all of our desires, as well as mitigating potential issues that never even occurred to us. She was very responsive to emails and requests from our trustee. Based on everything she did, her fee was a bargain. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
