Hired Attorney Brandon C. Waltrip

Mr. Waltrip was my divorce lawyer. I spent approximately $20,000. The divorce was finally settled but not because of his effort. He was unable to negotiate a separation agreement prior to the divorce which cost me thousands of dollars in household expenses. He advocated high risk actions that if accepted would have cost me money and time. Unfortunately, Mr. Waltrip persuaded me to file a motion that ended up costing me more in legal fees than what I got back in return. He was also unable to negotiate a final settlement agreement. Because of the ineffectiveness of both counsels and their increasing expenses, my spouse and I had to work together to reach a property settlement agreement. He did not appear to be cognizant of the nuances of being a high net-worth client and the intricacies of military and civil service benefits. He was not always readily available, which on one occasion may have cost me thousands of dollars.
