•Attorney Tom Campenni spoke to the Northeast Business club about the differences between full and limited tort and cautioned... about opting for the limited coverage in order to reduce your auto insurance costs. Should you be involved in a serious car accident, without full tort, you are waving your right to recover damages for pain and suffering. Tom advises to protect yourself with full tort. He went on to describe that not every case results in a law suit, and at the end of the day, it’s always the client’s decision. If you’ve been involved in an auto accident and have any questions or concerns about your case, give Tom a call: 272-268-7550.
