In recent years, Jack’s practice has begun to focus heavily in real estate litigation and on zoning, municipal and land development matters. With regard to real estate matters, Jack has handled many types of actions including eminent domain, title and deed issues, landlord-tenant disputes, tax sales, partition, boundary disputes, easement issues, quiet title and adverse possession claims. Jack has represented municipalities, developers, applicants and objectors on a wide variety of zoning, land development and other issues related to municipal law. In construction litigation, Jack represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors on a large variety of construction projects for private and public bodies. Previously, Mr. Zelinka served on active duty as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy. After leaving active duty, he has continued to serve as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps Reserves and is presently assigned as Trial Attorney. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a member of the Law School’s prominent Law Review.
