Cannot Believe after almost 1 year with our Son's Malpractice case 100 % confirmed When he was Born. Nothing wants to be done Now. Just a Waiting game all this time and Nothing now.. In the meantime this so called Doc can be harming more babies . Only if they saw and knew what he/we went thru I think a letter a least would have been sent Liked was told to us would have been done. But Nothing Now. It's a shame how Prisoners he took their case and won . But our poor baby has to suffer . VERY SAD..

Hired Law Firm

On 9/16/10 had an Hearing for Injunctive Relief at 10:30am. He phoned at 7:15am the date of the Hearing stating a stipulation was reached, that was to our benefit. I said get it in writing. At 7:30 he called back, said it was done. Have copies of 2 letters (Judge and opposing Atty.). A year later(and $7,000), arguing the same fact. He hid info. from us. Won't return calls, when pushed for answers...HE WITHDREW!! Filing a complaint with the Disciplinary Board. Terrible!
