I realize it is difficult during any divorce to be an attorney. I feel my best interest should have been considered during settlement time.
Kimberly Borland took my case with the agreement a lawsuit would be filed. Communication with him was sparse and every time I tried to reach out to him was met with silence. Fifteen days before the statue of limitations was up on my case i received a letter in the mail stating he did not believe there was basis to file a lawsuit. He had the case for almost 6 months and decided this last minute. then he refused to return any portion of our retainer! He is a scam artist.
Never responded back after meeting with me, and never returned any messages left with them.
