Hired Law Firm

Riley Baber is my attorney for my difficult family law case. He is obviously passionate about what he does and is very knowledgeable in his field. He responds to any communication promptly and is always very helpful and concerned about the problems I bring to him. He explains things so that I understand them and sets expectations reasonably so that I know the type of results that I can confidently expect. His team is also excellent. They do not treat me like a number, but like an individual, and they always make time to assist me when I need them. They're always organized and I can trust them to utilize and keep track of any information I submit that pertains to my case. This case is ongoing so I can't say yet that we won, but Riley has had my back since day one and I would highly recommend this firm. This is the team that you want on your side for peace of mind and results when your life feels like it's crumbling around you.

Hired Attorney Brian Carman

Working with Brian was one of the best decisions I ever made. I won my incredibly difficult custody case and it was due in part to his stellar work as my attorney. He is very knowledgable on Kansas law and guided me the whole way through the process. He did not give me the run around as my previous lawyer did and I definitely got my money's worth. Would recommend Brian to everyone for family law or custody cases.

A very poor mistake in hiring Jessica Leavitt to provide council. Poor communication, will not return phone calls or emails. I would not refer her to provide legal council.

I have heard glowing recommendations of Jennifer Stultz from others and don’t doubt that she can be good. However, my experience was the opposite. She inherited my parent’s trust from the originating attorney and was asked to help settle the estate upon my father’s death. She was less than helpful. We met once in person and she wrote a document and a legal opinion for me. A second meeting was cancelled by her, and her assistant failed to reschedule. My emails were almost never answered. I finally resorted to hand carrying a letter to the office to ask for the appointment to be rescheduled. Still nothing happened. I have no idea what the problem was but certainly don’t want someone else to have this same experience. No one needs an AWOL attorney!
