Avoid using for CM. Her communication style is not good for mediation. Very belittling and demeaning to one parent and very forgiving and generous to the other parent. For mediation, this isn't helpful. She won't just say you are wrong or try to pull you back to center with logic or reason, instead, she will attack your character and your mind. She is not flexible to someone disagreeing with her. Her words bite pretty hard. Do not recommend as CM unless you have thick skin. She would make a great divorce lawyer as she really has that bulldog mentally for slaughtering an opponent, but as a mediator between two high-conflict parents, a CM, her communications style is not helpful. Do not recommend as a CM.
