First, I reached out to him on Spring of 2015, he wasn't very nice. Also, he came across to me very lazy, and not willing side for a matter. Recently, I reached out to him with a good faith, while giving him a fresh opportunity to correct it. He was rude, and unnecessarily billed me for reading emails, and in receipt of voicemail. He boasts that he has written more than 600 briefs, which is like 2 .2 appeals/month, and in reality you can find a single cases on Westlaw except 15 case, out of that 3 of them are civil, and he lost it. He wrongfully withdrew himself while putting my out of state attorney in a bad position before the 'Oral Argument', hence I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. In my experience he is the WORST attorney ever.
