Hired Attorney Mr. Timothy Larson

Tim created the Trust documents for my parents, my in-laws and myself. In the passing years we have had to use the documents for my parents and in-laws. They were all in order and worked very well. When we needed some follow-up advise on utilization of trust documents he was available and very helpful. He will certainly continue to be my families lawyer for trust related issues. He is thoughtful, and provides guidance when he feels it is needed, but remains respectful of the clients needs and opinions.

Tim provided very good advice on estate planning and business organization issues for a complex, multi-entity situation. He prepared documents, navigated complex emotional issues, and worked with our accountant. We found him to be professional and good at listening to our real questions and issues.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
