As an attorney myself, I had high expectations of Karen. She was an excellent attorney and adviser on my divorce matter. She was responsive, and I found her fee to be very fair for the work she did. I have, and do, continue to recommend her to friends needing family law services.
Extremely smart, too bad she doesn't apply it to get you the results. Well respected in the court house, however, I would be surprised if the judges and peers actually knew how she handles herself treating her client's cases. She is only in the business to get your money, stay, be ware!
She and her firm should be investigated. My divorce was in 2003. She and her firm, were in cahoots with the opposing attorney and talked me into arbitration with Judge Beasley (they were padding his pockets). My ex, who had 3 PFA orders against him got the money, which he put into the house he was awarded and then claimed bankruptcy. The rest is in the Cayman Islands. I ended up with 1/15 of money and assets and have been struggling ever since. They said I couldn't afford to buy him out!
