John came highly recommended from several friends. Just speaking with him on the phone the 1st time it was clear that I had made the right selection. He was very clear on what my next steps were to be. He told me what my choices were and gave me good direction on making my decision. He not only made my experience easier he help my family understand the procedure as well. The office environment was clean and comfortable.
