Very professional, compassionate staff that guided me through a difficult time when my brother died without a will. Jennifer now has my affairs in order also. Great people to work with.
Jennifer Stultz and her staff are always quick to respond to questions and willing to explain all steps of the probate process. The firm employs staff who treated us with care and concern; they too are extremely knowledgable. Our case was handled quickly, with frequent communication through phone calls, mail, and email, explaining the process completely. We could not have managed the complicated process of navigating the probate system without the guidance of Jennifer Stultz and her staff.
Ms. Stultz and her legal assistant were wonderful helping us navigate the process of obtaining guardianship of 18-year-old son, who has Autism and Moderate Intellectual Disabilities. This process hit at the time of COVID-19 and they were very patient with me calling and being anxious to complete the process. Then, when we were finally able to file the Petition and set a court date, our son was exposed to COVID. Ms. Stultz and her staff and went to work to get a Temporary Order put in place ASAP. We can't thank Ms. Stultz and her legal assistant enough for their assistance in this matter.
She is a younger lawyer so you don't have to worry about her retiring soon. My previous Lawyer retired.
