Greg began his professional career with the international accounting firm of KPMG, LLP. He practices in the areas of taxation, exempt organizations, trusts and estates, wills, probate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and business law. Greg regularly represents clients in tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service, the Kansas Department of Revenue and in the federal and state courts. His representative clients include individuals, charitable organizations, entrepreneurs, cooperatives and closely held businesses. Greg also represents taxpayers in structuring tax-deferred exchanges of property. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, the U.S. Tax Court and the Kansas state courts. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Wichita, KS, 2018 in the practice areas of Litigation - Trusts and Estates, Litigation and Controversy - Tax, Tax Law and Trusts and Estates. Greg lectures on tax and related issues to professional and various other organizations.
