The worst lawyer ever!! Never returns phone calls, emails, faxes etc!! Never sends paperwork! Has even sent paperwork with wrong court dates!!
Working with this attorney has not been good at all he makes and agrees to things with out talking to the client first he doesn't even have his own office or an assistant at all it was a nightmare having this guy as my lawyer he was in with my ex's lawyer and gave them anything they asked for all the while not talking with me it's against the law to allow this to happen I hope that he is held responsible for the things he does and is doing his word and no good and he is not to be trusted but one day we all have to answer to the man up above and that's all on him
Neither Gerald Domotrovic or his assistant would do as they say they will, or even call back. His assistant and Gerald tell two different stories. They do not file documents that are required for the job they are hired for. They rarely answer the phone. They tell me they are mailing things that never come. They won't use email. They waste time and allegedly complete tasks not associated with, the job they were hired for. It's been a month and I have only spoken to Gerald once. Non performer
He spent more time"counseling"my now ex when my ex did not have an attorney.He did not freeze the equity line of credit on the house and allowed the ex to take over $20,000 from it and refused to file any paperwork to get it back.He refused to help in stopping visitation when social services substantiated charges of sexual abuse against my now ex.When I switched to a new attorney he refused to refund the money I had paid in advance.He neglected to get child support for the 18yo still in school.
