Kidwell and his staff show a sincere and unprecedented care and concern for their clients needs and have the childs best interest at heart. The first consultation I had with Eric was refreshing! He already had an action plan in place and addressed my concerns.
Initial meeting was good, but that quickly changed. I would say he isn't as expensive as other attorney's because no attorney is affordable. Sometimes it's best to spend the extra money. Had a book of communications rules to follow, but it only applied to his client. Did not communicate with me about the evidence regarding my case and kept making excuses about why he didn't receive it from the City of Wichita. Finally, did share a tiny mustard seed of information about my case after court was over and just before he dismissed himself from my case. because he felt like I had a bad attitude, and I did, after being giving the run around for months because he kept requesting for a continuance. Being left in the dark about my case and being told I need to let him do his job! Ha! That was the problem, he wasn't doing his job! My first appear for court he didn't even show up! I was left having to quickly come up with more money for a new attorney to undo the mess he had made of my case.
