I requested a second opinion & hired Phelps. After several surgeries & numerous procedures the worst is behind me now. He was always very responsive to my calls & emails. He was able to get us the maximum award for my injury & if I ever needed another work comp attorney he would be my first call I made!!!
He does not care for the people he represents. Nor the people who he rents his properties to. Never returns voicemails or calls. Even when talking over the phone he says he will give you a call back. NOPE. Absolutely terrible. Please save your money and time for a better person. The worst experience we’ve ever had.
Dennis Phelps only spoken about my skin color. Holding back my TTD PAYMENTS, canceled my doctors appointment without me knowing an he just refused to pick up his phone when I wanted to go to my doctors appointment. Dennis Phelps stopped sending me my medical reports an he been telling me that he been sending my TTD PAYMENTS checks back to the company in which the company stated that he never sent them anything nack whatsoever. I spent countless hours researching my injures he truly didn't care!!
Mr. Phelps does not return phone calls. I have been trying to reach him for over a month. His voice mail clearly states that he will get back in touch with you within 24 hours. It seems as though he is the type that does nothing to help you and just has you sign an agreement with you so that he will get 1/3 of What Workers Comp. offers you for your injury
