He is committed to quality service, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as well.
As a divorce lawyer he gave me a whole new perspective about lawyers being crooks. Tailored my bill according how much I made. Way beyond the initial estimate. Preparation he played stupid like it was his first trial. Uses a years married, income and spouse income formula that he (part of a advisory team) came up with that is unrealistic and unfair to client. Stuck to it even though other places in Kansas don’t adhere to it. Uses antiquated office programs and equipment which take more time.
He is slow, forgetful overpriced. He taylored my bill according how much income I made and the assets I owned. My lawyer bill was way beyond the initial estimate. How about more than 3 times a high figure for hiring a divorce attorney!!! I had to pay for all of my ex’s lawyer bill! He was in agreement for doing that! He always acted like it was his first job. Lots of fumbling. Uses antiquated programs and office equip. Does not know Excel. Penalizes his client with an unfair alimony payment!
