When we worked with Cindy over a year ago, it was very apparent that if you are a Father trying to protect your child, she's not going to help you. She continually sided with the mother. She stated that I must still be in love with my ex, since I was concerned about random guys being at my ex's house when my young daughter was present. Cindy did not help the case at all, but did apposite and made a muddy mess. I do not recommend using her is you are a Father trying to keep or win custody over your child(ren).
Cindy was our case manager. In a nutshell, due to Cindy's unfair and absurd orders, twice I had to hire my attorney to argue against her rulings in front of a judge at my expense. Both times the judge threw her decisions out. Cindy is not professional or rational. Using her as a case manager does not provide cost-effective outcomes. You will spend money reversing the asinine decisions she makes. I would highly advise against hiring Cindy Cleous.
Do not use this person at all if you are a guy. She did nothing for me and actually in the top 2 of the worst firms I have ever used and unfortunately I have used many over the years. Only contact was thru an assistant who seemed to keep justifying for my ex. Never did Cindy even actually communicate with me. Her firm is the worst and do not waste your money!!!
Isn’t interested in doing her job. Doesn’t care able the welfare of kids. Shows extreme partiality in cases.
