I was very pleased with this law firm, I had no idea how any of this worked and I am so glad I had them through every step of the process. Whenever I had questions or concerns the legal assistants would thoroughly explain how the process worked. My case went to trial and I was so nervous the morning of, but the attorney blew me away with his performance in the Court room; he knew my case like the back of his hand and I ended up getting almost everything I was requesting.

Terry absolutely embarrassed the other attorney in our family law trial. The other attorney is a very well known and feared attorney at that in my home town, and Terry performed perfectly. Coming into court a severe underdog, I still won 90% of what I was wanting to happen. Now I see why everyone highly recommends him. Take him to trial with you and have no fear, he's an Ace.

Represented my brother, who had been deemed by a hospital incompetent to make decisions due to brain damage. My brother claimed that someone infected his computer with illegal content. Mitchell lacked knowledge about computers and was unable to provide any real defense. One of his cronies did an expensive psychological evaluation that suggested that my brother was not likely to be a sex offender. Another crony of Mitchell’s charged a bunch of money for a digital forensics investigation that he never followed up on. During a typical volatile moment my brother cut off family members and Mitchell swooped in and coerced him into accepting a plea bargain, saying that being designated a sex offender was no big deal. As soon as he was on the registry, my brother was kicked out of his housing. He obviously has some issues but is he really a sex offender? Mitchell treated him as guilty from the beginning and handled the whole thing irresponsibly in my view,with a devastating outcome.

Great place for go to if you like to find out everything going on with your case from the OTHER parties counsel. Patrick Mitchell is the worst! No calls returned, we were never notified when he kept postponing the case multiple times until they were all exhausted. And now with justHOURS before court, we come to find out he won't show to court unless we cough up $1,500. Very professional!
